Developing Professional Skills, Building Future Leaders

MELILEA, in collaboration with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), co-organised the Transformation Counsellor Certification (TCC) Hands-on Training Camp, a two-day professional development programme designed to strengthen participants’ practical knowledge, service capabilities, and leadership potential.

The programme brought together learning across several key areas, including dermatological and nursing knowledge, product understanding, frontline sales practice, professional image management, and leadership development.

Through a combination of structured learning and hands-on training, participants were given the opportunity to deepen their understanding of professional skincare consultation while developing the confidence and communication skills needed to serve customers more effectively.

Beyond technical knowledge, the programme also emphasised the importance of professionalism, personal presentation, service excellence, and leadership mindset. These elements are essential in preparing participants to grow from product users and sales practitioners into capable consultants and future team leaders.

The TCC Hands-on Training Camp reflects MELILEA’s continued commitment to education and professional development. By combining academic knowledge with practical business application, the programme aims to cultivate a new generation of skilled, confident, and responsible professionals in the fields of skincare consultation and sales leadership.
