Datuk JP. Prof. Dr. Alan Wong founded MELILEA with the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to transform their life. His vision was to create an equitable business platform where people from different backgrounds could develop their potential, pursue healthier lifestyles and build meaningful success.
Under his leadership, MELILEA has developed around the principles of integrity, entrepreneurship, sustainability and positive transformation. His original vision continues to guide the Group’s direction, corporate culture and long-term development.
Datuk Prof. Dr. Stella Chin
Co-Founder & Executive President
Datuk Prof. Dr. Stella Chin co-founded MELILEA International together with Datuk Prof. Dr. Alan Wong and has played a central role in the Group’s international business management, marketing, people development and operational growth.
Her leadership philosophy emphasizes commitment, responsibility, personal development and creating meaningful value for others. She has also championed programmes related to healthy living, women’s development and social contribution.
